Cancellation Policy

You may cancel and reschedule up to 24 hours before the start of the lesson. If you choose to cancel and not reschedule, your demonstration lesson fee shall be refunded. After your demonstration lesson, if you choose to enroll in a course, the demonstration lesson fee amount shall be deducted from the course fee you pay at checkout. Lesson participants, also referred to as “learners,” must be 3 to 4 years old. Learners of ages 3 to 4 years old struggle to concentrate and remain physically passive for 30 minutes, especially if they have little experience taking classes in general and taking classes online. Because very young learners are cognitively, emotionally, and physically developing, and because the interaction medium (i.e. via digital screen), the course content, instructional methods, and instructor are unfamiliar very young learners need guidance and encouragement from a physically present authority figure. This person needs to help them focus and respond throughout the lessons. Therefore, it is required that throughout the VYL-Level 1 Demonstration Lesson learner's parent accompanies very young learner.
